Items Damaged in Shipping or Defective

  • To receive a resolution of the issue, it is necessary to contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for any damaged product(s). In the event that your order is not correct, we have a variety of solutions available. To help make your order perfect, we may require a photo and/or for the original product to be returned when providing a resolution. If you are instructed to return the original product and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement product. We have the right to refuse service to any damaged product(s) reported more than 7 days after the delivery date.
  • Please email us at admin@mielhero.com with your order number so we can correct the problem immediately at our expense.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • All transactions are final and cannot be returned except if the items you receive are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please get in touch if you have questions or would like to exchange the items.
  • If you change your mind after making the purchase, we are not obligated to offer a refund, replacement, return, or cancellation. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be no reimbursement, return, or cancellation. Each product is shipped and inspected by us and will not be shipped with any defects. Please be sure about your purchase before placing your order. We are confident that our products will not leave you disappointed!

    Additionally, please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate modifications to the order (such as requests to add or reduce products) as well as changes to the shipping and billing addresses.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are often completed within 14-21 business days which includes the shipping time. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)
